TIG has helped me/us achieve a lot in terms of offering a forum to interact with young people from all over the world to share experience and even meet to discus great things. I have made great friends who have ended up changing my perception on many things. I did meet these people on TIG. I'm inspired by ideas, innovation, enthusiasm, creativity and thinking outside the box. I find my inspiration in good books, interactions with friends, websites, and other people's stories. The thing that inspires me most is when someone gets really excited about an issue, and then goes about addressing the issue in a way that's never been done before, combining creativity, efficiency and beauty. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things.
